Celebrating 110 Years of the East Kent Road Car Company
October 24 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Join us at The WonderWorks as we celebrate 110 years of East Kent bus history!
We’ll be welcoming four fantastic buses to our car park for a special static display, bringing together the past and present of local bus travel.
Two vintage vehicles from Friends of the East Kent (FotEK), showcasing buses from bygone eras.
Two modern vehicles from Stagecoach’s Thanet depot, showing the buses still keeping our local communities moving today.
Everyone is welcome to come aboard, explore the vehicles and take a trip down memory lane! Volunteers from FotEK and members of Stagecoach management will also be on hand to answer your questions and share their knowledge.
